Hot Cast Pre-Polymers: In Hot Cast systems, the polyurethane resins are processed at elevated temperatures and then cured with curatives such as Supracure M (MOCA) etc. These grades are used to manufacture different products for industries such as mining, steel, material handling industry etc.
Cold Cast Systems: Cold Cast systems are MDI based systems which are also known as room temperature systems. They are easy to process and handle than hot cast systems as they are processed at room temperature. Cold cast systems are two component systems wherein Part A is PU resin and Part B is mixed curative.
Polyurethane Rubber Crumb Binder : PU binder is used to bind different mesh size of rubber crumb to make various products such as insulation mats, rubber paving blocks, rubber floorings for gymnasiums, playground etc.
